We had exceptional service from TT & CA! Travis was knowledgeable, responsive & polite. He took the time to explain to me what the issue was with our water heater. He explained what the likely cause of it was in order to help prevent it from happening again. Even though we had a pretty rare water heating system, he was thorough and did whatever was necessary to get the job done. He is head & shoulders above the other Plumbing Specialists we have dealt with in the past. We highly recommend TT & CA for any plumbing and heating issues.

I recently had an issue with our water heater tank and reached out for help. Travis was the one I contacted, and he was amazing from the start—quick to respond, professional, and very helpful in explaining what needed to be done. He sent Hakim and Duane to handle the repair, and they were fantastic as well. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was fixed properly.
